‘Youth Moves’ was the climax of NSSP’s annual dance festival on Wednesday 10th March, Hall One at The Sage.
This was a night not to be missed by dance fans who were mesmerized by the colour, ingenuity, creativity and imagination on show – and all performed by the cream of amateur dance talent in the region. It was the culmination of a day of dance, which saw Newcastle children, from reception up to school leaving age taking part in the Newcastle Schools Sport Partnership (NSSP) Dance Festival, now in its sixth year. With over 1200 school pupils participating, the numbers are now so large that the event has to be held in Hall One at The Sage, with different shows in the morning and afternoon.
