Get skipping and help raise vital funds for St Oswald’s Hospice.

The St Oswald’s School Skip is an exciting new event for primary school children for summer 2010. It is a sponsored skipping challenge which offers an intra- and inter-school competition through our web-based virtual league.

It is the perfect activity to organise for National School Sport Week from 28th June – 2nd July plus there is also the opportunity to attend The Big Skip, our skipping festival, at Gateshead Stadium on Friday 11th June.

The Big Skip event and the virtual league are designed for Year 6 classes, but there is no restriction on how many classes you can involve in your own challenge in school.

Through your school’s sponsorship you will be raising vital funds for St Oswald’s Hospice to help us continue our care of local adults and children with life limiting conditions. You will be helping to make a difference to the lives of others at a time when they need it most.
